I have never experienced such worse service in my life.

Last week Wednesday 20th of March 2024, I paid R597 for my outstanding fees. I was contacted by Lebo from debt department to pay and will let me know when to start at gym. I have been calling her texting her and she ignores me. This morning she sends me a text say morning and when I respond she doesn't answer and when I call her on her cell phone she further ignores me. I called the landline and spoke to mpho dumb enough to cut my call.

I called again and another lady answers and transfers me. They took my ID number and told me Lebo has not done anything.

I this is the worst service I have ever encountered in my life.

I want to cancel my membership I will go join virgin active
