Gym company WESTGATE

I have never seen such bad service at a gym. Paid a platinum package that comes with personal trainer and all along I’m alone and mind you this is my first time. I’ve never set foot at a gym and one staff member said to me I must consult the person that assisted with the application and by that referring to a sales person. I need the manager of the gym to call me urgently. I’m so disappointed
