Gym Company: Useless and pathetic

<p>I cannot begin to explain how ridiculous this company is. I have nothing but trouble and lies from them. They have misrepresented themselves countless times through their mangers and sales representatives. Firstly, they **** about when the official opening of the gym would be. Secondly, they **** about cancelling my membership (when I handed in the signed cancellation forms). Thirdly, they have been extremely rude and ineffective. I am tired of this company infringing on my Consumer Rights. They have threatened to blacklist me, even when I have paid my transfer fee (I admit that I was in arrears, but I have transferred my membership to my friend, I've paid it in FULL, and yet they still want to charge me money because he hasn't given them an account number that now becomes my problem). There has been no consensus between me and the company regarding this supposed payment I now need to make on behalf of SOME ONE ELSE, that I TRANSFERED my membership to. I reckon that this company needs to be investigated and audited for ********** practices and false promises made. I wish I could call this a business, but they cannot handle the simplest of transactions - making them an absolute joke. Stop you ******* and start acting like an actual business maybe? Ps, when you reply to this message, don't try to apologize to me for any inconvenience caused by your pathetic service rendered. Stop luring people into believing your false promises and terrible business practices. </p>
