GYM COMPANY ********* behavior just for Commission.

I Called the head office for a cancellation form. They advise me to email my request because they didn't have any forms. I mail my request on the 11 November - 2015 and called the New town branch and head office to find out about my cancellation request, they advised me that the request will be processed. I left for the head office to action. I FOUND OUT THE SCHOOLS I REGISTERED MY CHILD DECLINED MY APPLICATION BECAUSE I AM BLACKLISTED FOR MY GYM FEES. THEY LISTED ME ON THE 31 JULY 2017 WITHOUT CONTACTING ME TO ADVICE ME OF THEIR INTENTION TO BLACKLIST ME. THIS IS 2 YEARS LATER AFTER THE CANCELLATION REQUEST. I have never received any email or other communication back from the Gym company stating that I would need to pay any amount to them. Subsequent to all these, I contacted the GYM COMPANY to resolve this matter and they told me that they lusted me for cancelling my contract and the cancellation fee amounted to R6567.00 I now sit with an ITC record which is ******* and incorrect caused by GYM COMPANY ********* behavior just for Commission.
