Gym company Tshwane mall lie to get clients

I have a very bad experience with gym company Tshwane mall They send their sales agent to lie so they can get clients They came to mams mall 2 months back and **** that they are taking over the planet fitness since it was shutting down Now they are busy debiting money even though am not using their gym since Tshwane mall is far 1 of their agents confirmed that they are not expanding to mams mall Am so ****ed cuz they lie to customers and now my credit score is gonna take toll since I can't pay for services I don't use
