Gym Company Trashy Customer Services

<p>Last month I terminated my contract with Gym company and settled their penalty fee. The lady in the finance office at Bara assured me that they have removed me from their system but at the beginning of this month they debited from my account after confirming that I was off. Now I've been calling this department for the past 2 weeks and the lady keeps saying she'll call me back after 20 minutes,to date I'm still waiting for a response as to why they are still debiting from my account. This companies service is so terrible, for someone who has a good record in their books. I'll never consider them in future for such treatment I'm getting from them.</p>
