Limited equipment and gets overcrowded, admin staff work at their own pace and you wait long to be assisted. No complaint process provided when I asked for it. Missing: unit ‎reviews People also search for Results are personalised - Try without personalisation South Africa Waterval East, Rustenburg - From your device Update location Feedback Terms Mpho Sello 1 review 3 months ago Spoke a lady about the cancelation process and the info i got was not clear, then i was told that they will have to debit for 3 months before the cancelation process was done, i agreed but asked how much do i need to pay in total to close it once off, the lady helping me said she does know and not sure if it's possible, she told me she'll ask her manager to call me and confirm that, i never got a call back but they were taking the money, i left it at that, at some point i contacted then again on the WhatsApp number they gave me, to ask where the cancelation process is at, but no response and they've been collecting their money ever since, now i see a Debit Order of the normal premium and a R199 that i didn't know it was supposed to go through, i reversed it and i get a call that it's for maintenence of the equipment, now i was never told that during the cancelation process i can still go to the gym or was never told that i still never to maintain the equipment that i didn't use. I'm not gonna pay that R199 that i was never that i can still use the facilities, I'm not gonna maintain something i didn't use. The Cancelation process was done 2025 March till today i get Debited, i reversed the last 2 months Debits, they send me WhatsApp text demanding money and i ask about the cancelation process but no respond, i just want this to be canceled
