Gym Company threats to pay after cancelation of a contract!

I signed up for a month-to-month plan at R199 per month. Went to Gym company Maponya Mall twice. The place is always packed and congested. Ladies shower and toilet filthy I feared for my health. I cancelled the contract via email after I am told I need to cancel well sales person never shared that info. Now I am threatened to pay otherwise I will be blacklisted. Desperation on another level. Why do I owe them money when I cancell contract which ended 2025. No new contract signed for 2026 now I am threatened. Gym Company you are so disgusting and desperate let people go because they no longer want your poor services.
