Gym Company terrible service and *****ing our money

Gym Company Musgrave, my contract with them expired in February 2022, they called me in March regarding non payment, I told them that my contract has expired, they said I'm supposed to call to cancel. I said as I'm speaking to you right now please cancel my contract. Ever since then they have been debiting from my account even though I have engaged with them numerous times, even spoke to the manager of the Gym Company Musgrave, submitted cancelation Form but still no assistance. When you call them they do not answer and threatening to blacklist me. Our agreement said they would debit my account on the 3rd of the month, they debit me twice now on the 23rd/24th and on the 3rd of every month
