Gym Company sucks it exploits its members

Gym Company Benoni shut down and they expected all their members to move with them wherever not considering whether the move is convenient for their members. Members who want to cancel their membership are expected to pay the remainder of the years on their contract. This is unfair considering the members are not the ones making the move but Gym Company. I am not happy paying for a gym that doesn't exist and I don't understand why it has to financially impact me when I'm not the one who left Benoni
