Gym company Sucks

It's with great shock that I have to struggle to get activation after making all payments that I was advised to pay.

December I was advised to pay an amount of R1890 of which I paid R1600 and in January 2019 I paid the remaining balance. The gym debited R199 of which it's for Jan but till date they haven't given me access to Gym. Their system charged me another R199 for Jan of which they checked and it was incorrect. I have been calling everyday to remind them of there job. Clearly they don't care about their customer, cus this is just a click of a button. It's disgusting that they promise to help you and they never deliver. I need prompt response or I am taking this higher.
