Gym Company still debt from our account while we are under lockdown

This company has debt from account while I’m not even going to the gym for the month of April,May and June, I even froze my membership but Gym Company still debt from my account. While other gym like Viva Gym and Virgin Gym has frozen their member account until everything is back to normal. We are at home paying for something that we are not using this is ********ity and the Gym Company is refusing to cancel my membership
