Gym Company staff and admin are disingenuous and ****s

I visited Gym Company in 2019 looking to join their gym as I used to train there a few years earlier while it was still an independent gym. Upon arrival I was given a tour and training programme for classes and told that they had a few gyms in the South and North with swimming pools.

When I returned the following day the classes on the program were different and upon my enquiry I was told they made a few changes due instructors unavailability and that these would be their programming going forward. I told the guy who signed me up, Brian that I was not happy as I signed specifically for the two classes they are no longer offering and the said instructors and requested to terminate the membership as my research also confirmed that he **** about the swimming pools, as there were swimming pools at any of their branches including those in the South etc.

I was taken to their managers office were I stated my case and two administration ladies assisted me to draft the letter and my reasons for cancelation and we said our goodbyes. A month later there was a debit on my account and when I went in I was told it was an error would be sorted out.

Nothing happened until recently when I went to join the Maponya Mall where I was informed that I have a membership at Ghandi and it is overdue. This is so frustrating as it took the lady at Maponya Mall four months to come back to me regarding a way forward.
