Gym Company rips people off

<p>In 2010 we were approached by a sales person from gym company at maponya mall, at that time I was not working and told them that I can not join becuase I dont have source of income, but the sales person advised my fiance and I that the person that will be responsible for the account is my fiance and it will be under his name as I will be an independent on his account, then on the 30th of December 2013 I joined gym company at Randburg Square, I recently called them to cancel the membership as our company has relocated to Braamfotein and the reason why I want to cancel is that I viewed the gym company in Braamfontein and was not satisfied with the environment, it is congested, very filthy, has limited equipments and not user friendly at all, I spoke to a lady, dont remeber her name who told me that I still have an existing contract at Pimvile, was very surprised because that contract was under my fiance's name and ever since, I never received a call from Pimville advising that I am owing, no smses or a letter stating the differences, to my knowledge there is nowhere in hell that you can pay for same services in the same company and what ****es me off is that when I joined the gym at Randburg why is that they did not pick that up, gym company is just running sales and they dont conduct their admin properly, dont want anything to do this company, I just want out and my name to be erased on their systems.</p>
