Gym Company refuses to terminate even after I have settled their fees as quoted.

I paid the termination costs on 25 June 2022 after calling asking for the termination fees quote. Gym company subsequently called me to say I still owe them and they have not terminated my contract they have threatened to affect my credit profile. I have lodged the complaint but till today they Sending me sms's that their gym fees are outstanding.
