GYM COMPANY RANDBURG SQUARE...STOLE MY MONEY

The 5th of September 2019 I went to Gym Company Randburg Square to rejoin and I was told to pay R750 as amnesty and R499 joining fee plus R199 for levies. I then said to gym consultant let me not sign this contract until I asked Randburg Square Gym company manager as why am I paying joining fee again because there's no rejoining fee to all contracts. I then said to him I am not signing if I have to pay RE-joining fee plus levies and I need my money because there's no deal, he then say (the gym manager) whether I rejoin or not he won't refund me and he's the one who makes final decision there's no head office and I can't complain anywhere else. So I told him the way he obtained my money was in false pretence and ********. He then provided me with Winchester Hill's telephone number and was told they don't charge joining fee or Rejoining fee...I thought GYM COMPANY is looking after the poor, little didn't I know that they *****ing by hook or ***** .All I need is to gym than being reaped off. I am disappointed with GYM COMPANY RANDBURG SQUARE, please help
