GYM COMPANY RANDBURG SQUARE

I had the worst experience 1. They don't t answer emails 2. They very unprofessional, their trainers talk about *** and women all the times it's actually disturbing 3. They don't honor their own agreement, unknown debit orders were made from my account, when I tried communicating with them via email they said I should pay them money I owe, I was confused as I didn't owe anything, Antonattor Mhlanga from randburg square was very rude about it on email, she told me to pay them, I don't owe them money so I went to the gym and within less than 5 minutes she realized she sent me the wrong email I never owed money, now if she had read my email and investigated then I wouldn't have had to waste my time and money going to her. She only took action after I went to her which reflects laziness. 4. I was told my contract is 2 years by Luvuyo but now they told me that's its actually 3 years, *****.
