GYM COMPANY RANDBURG SQAURE SQUARE SUCKS!

<p> After what is short of harrasment in public places from your sales agents to join your gym, I eventually decided to give it a try, after a fantastic pitch that an assessment will be done on me, to determine the best approach to take for my fitness regime. Like any sales pitch, after agreeing, everything that was promised went out the window. Today I decided to go to ur Randburg Square branch for day 1 of my 2 months trial, expecting to be given a tour nd an assessment as advised, but none of that happened.. I was given a less than 5min assessment , i was not even asked what are my gym goals , what i want to achieve by working out , my focus areas, which gym equipment i need to use to work on my focus areas , how the gym equipment works , i was just put into a machine without any explanation as to what it was for, and eventually shoved on to a treadmill for 30mn, and left to fend for myself...After the 30mn I did not know where to after, as the guy who was supposed to be assisting me was busy with other people nd did not bother with me any further. ..I then had to find my way to the showers(which need hairdryers if I may add)on my own. Your customer service leaves much to be desired. I don't know if you might be short staffed maybe or not, but I definitely did not feel I was treated like a potential customer.<br />The whole situation was salvaged by a guy named Tumi, whom I complained to,<br />Said I can return 2mrw for the full assessment and a free one on one session for tomorrow. Im still deliberating if I want to deal with ur business after such a traumatic encounter today. Please review your staff and make sure they do what is promised when they pitch your business to us.</p>
