Gym Company Poor service.

The service from Gym company is the worse service any company can give to it’s clients.

I’ve joined the Gym last year September and I was promised to get a Tag which will allow me to enter the gym at any time. I waited for 3 months and still haven’t received anything. In March this year I decided to cancel my membership because of their poor service. They made me pay cancellation fee and told me that it is done. Still today they are still debiting Money from my account and I have to reverse it. I can’t live like this.
