My partner has experienced extremely bad service, He has cancelled his gym membership with this gym and also paid the cancellation fee includng all arrears. The contract states that the TOTAL payable amount of the cancelaltion fee includes the arrears amount. This was paid at the branch and the consultant confirmed that the contract is cancelled.

However, he still receives messages and emails that there is an amount due and if no payment is made, it will affect his credit score.

We have heard many complaints about the same branch from various people facing the same issue.
