Gym company newtown

I joined gym company in newtown in 2017 , I have called several times to cancel my membership, but I’m being told I cnt cancel they can only reduce my membership fee to 100 , I have spoken to thando in accounts in newtown several times , she cnt assist , but when your account is in arrears they are quick to call
