#gym company must fall

i joined the gym last year November 2015 and when i joined i was never told this contract was a binding contract and that i was binded to for 3 years.<br> <br> now my account was double debited in December bear in mind i have never used the gym not even once<br> not that i was busy but that i could not get a TAG to enter the gym.<br> <br> then the consultant is being rude telling me that there is no other way if i want to cancel i must pay 20% of the remaining installments because i don\t have a choice they do not worry if i had a tag or not otherwise i will be blacklisted.<br> <br> then i ask her how much the amount is and she says i must go to the office and pay the money and stop asking questions.<br> <br> i feel that when i joined i was misleaded and given the true information.<br> <br> they just wanted to make the sale."
