Gym Company Musgrave

My family and I have joined the Gym Company 3 months ago (Musgrave Durban).

I have noticed a steady decline in the service that is given to customers to the point where today I have reached my patience limit with this branch.

My complaints are as follow: The music that was being played over the sound system was utterly disgusting. The vulgar language in the songs that my wife, daughter and young son together with the other customers had to listen to was beyond disgusting.

The total disregard for the female patrons who are paying money to train at the gym is unbelievable. I am by no means a old man but I could not tolerate the filth anymore. I had to ask the staff to change the music and turn down the volume. It was extremely load and repulsive.

Since when is it ok to degrade woman and treat them as objects of filth?????

Come on men, real men treat their woman with love and respect. This culture today of treating ladies badly calling them ****s, Ho's and *****es is disgusting.

The other complaints are relating to cleanliness and health. My daughter and wife refuses to make use of the sauna. This is due to certain patrons not adhering to the code of conduct. They don't make use of their towels in the sauna AT ALL. Where is the regard for other people health not to mention the fact that they don't want to sit and watch other peoples nakedness. Have some class!! The men are also guilty of this.

The aim of joining a gym is to improve ones health and fitness not be bludgeoned to death with vulgar and disgusting music and people that stroll around the sauna area naked showing no regard for fellow patrons.

If this continue I will terminate all our memberships (6) in total and lets see how far the gym company gets in trying to enforce a contract.
