Gym company more like gym ******

Bunch of ****** i wanted to start gym but immediately within a few days i sent an online request to cancel now they debit my acc without authorisation. I have not attended their offices to pay a tag fee only once that is done then its a done deal why is there no one that holds tjese ****** to acclunt. They expect you to pay for a service you dont have. Next on the list reporting them to the consumer ombud
