Gym Company Lazy and **********ly Attempted Blacklisting

This company is ********** and pathetic, they do not manage contracts correctly and are now threatening me with blacklisting due an upaid account however they cannor prove that the account in question is mine.

I requested a signed contracted and account summary and was in turn given a contract signed by another person, incorrect address, name and ID number yet these people think they can threaten to blacklist me?!

Furthermore when I tell the person I am in contact with, named Sharon Maluleke all she says is "you can go to a branch for clarity, she has a profile under my name", so now I must go clear my name when the company does not even have proof that I have a or had a contract with them.

This is lazy and **********, without a valid contract I owe nothing.
