GYM COMPANY JAKARANDA

Probably the poorest of poor service I had in a longgggggg time. I cancelled my membership earlier this year because I don't stay in the area anymore. Once I started asking questions on why it wasn't cancelled, they wanted to know where is the paper etc. I especially drove their one afternoon to go and cancel it because apparently I couldn't do it online. So the person who helped me, probably dropped my paper into the bin and thought nothing of it. So they forced me to fill in a new paper where I will need to wait a further 3 months for this to be cancelled. They don't offer to look through their documents to see if they maybe have the previous cancellation form, they just send a new one and expect you to be happy about. NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I USE GYM COMPANY AGAIN OR RECCOMEND IT TO SOMEONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO START GYMING
