Gym company Jacaranda - *******, rude, ignoring cancelation request

If you want your money to be ****** every month and harrased and cancelation requests ignored, this is the place for you! We called Gym company December 2023 and requested the contract to be cancelled, we have called them multiple times afterwards as well asking to cancel as we saw money was still deducted. My husband stopped the payments with the bank as they were ignoring us. My husband thought they eventually cancelled the contract until he saw in October 2024 they were still deducting money, from then on we have sent numerous emails, Whatsapp messages, spoken telephonically with them from October 2024 until March 2025, I have even reported them to the Ombudsman and asked our lawyers to assist. Today one of their employees call me with an attitude stating we owe them money due to the fact that we started reversing debt orders, after sending all the info again for the God knows how many times she said the previous people did not do their work and she was not working there in the period we requested cancelation so they will only cancel January 2025 and we have 2 debit orders we reversed previously which we must pay before they will assist any further, they are not willing to get the call recordings eventhough they do have call recordings and have confirmed that as well, they did not do their work and now its our problem and we must pay for all the extra months. They are ******* and will harras for payments and ***** as far as they can and give you attitudes and ignore you when you ask to get the cancelations done. So if you want hell with cancelations this is the people for you.
