Gym Company Jacaranda Gezina

I have cancelled three of my contracts with Gym Company Jacaranda Gezina at end of March 2023. The day of the cancellation i have asked the lady who assisted me that i want copies of the signed cancellation documentation and she told me that she could not provide me with copies at that time. I have paid my my three months notice for April, May and June. End of July the deduct another debit order from my account for one of my contracts. I reversed the debit order because that is incorrect. I have received many sms's and emails threatening of handing the account over. I have phoned several times to sort the situation out, every time i have to tell the whole story over and they will phone me back because the can't find the cancellation forms. According to their records i cancelled in May 2023. I keep on asking for the signed cancellation documents and they can't provide me with that. I have even spoken to the General Manager who would have called me back with feedback because something is seriously wrong, never called back. I talked to another lady who said i should come into the gym to sort out the matter. I went to the gym and the same lady who told me to come in said they need to search for the cancellation forms and will call me on the Monday. This is absolutely pathetic. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Their admin and even General manger is pathetic, is the least to say.
