Gym Company Jacaranda Centre Pretoria

I sent multiple emails , tried to call and even went into the gym to cancel my membership with them at Gym Company Jacaranda Centre. After standing in line for 20 minutes the lady only gave me a paper and said to cancel online. I tried cancelling online with no luck it says that I’m not registered but I did register when I received the mail and started my membership. I just want to cancel but they don’t want to assist you at all…
