Gym Company Jacaranda Branch

Jacaranda Branch. Honestly I would not give them 1 x star. I've cancelled my gym membership in July 2023. I made a once-off payment for my cancellation period. Today I received another sms informing me that my account is in arrears. I went into the branch on two occasions, received documentation that my membership has been cancelled and processed. They never update their system and I guess I will forever receive a monthly sms threatening me of pending blacklisting if my account is not settled.
