The spa is a joke, the treat you like a chommie, and if you're not there to be one, they start treating you like an enemy. I stopped using the spa immediately. Employees wearing plakkies and help customers with the cap of the hoody they have on still on their heads. I handed iin my cancelation this morning and I was told, Oh OK. PATHETIC. Going back to MOVE GYM. Laid many complaints about the 6 rowing machines lying in pieces on the ground since I started in June 2023. Cannot row at all, you have to stand in queues, and then the 1 working on breaks.
