Gym Company Issues

My bank account was debited 20 days in advance for my December fee. When I called I was just told that all Naedo clients were impacted (why is this my problem). In my mind, this just wrong and should never be done. Gym Co must collect the fees on the agreed date not 20 days in advance Even worse, there was no notification to warn me.
