Gym Company is the WORST!!!!
<p>So, for the last couple of months, this amateurish brand has been nothing but a headache. I would advise any potential clients to run for the hills… Unless you like being spammed by Gym Company. Maybe you should change your name to Nag Company.</p> <p> </p> <p>I guess they are desperate for money because they send me debt collecting SMS’s almost daily. They say I “owe” them money and must reply “Yes” to get a call back from an agent. I have rep**** to about 10 of these SMS’s but have NEVER received a single phone call. I eventually decided to use my time and money to contact them. I phoned them on the provided number to beg them to PLEASE stop sending me unsolicited SMS’s as I have NEVER, and now obviously will never have an account with them. There must be a mix up somewhere but they are simply ignoring my requests to remove me from their database of bad payers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I explained to the debt collecting over the phone lady that I have been using the same cell number for more than 10 years and I have NEVER used Gym Company in my life. Yet, they will not stop pestering me. I have sent a message to their social media accounts and even phoned them yet, I get nothing but daily SMS’s to encourage me to pay for an account I never opened.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would rather lift bricks in my garage than ever use this absolutely horrible company. The fact that you do not allow public posts on your Facebook speaks a thousand words. I will preach the gospel against your company where ever I go. Every time I get an absurd SMS asking me to pay for a service I do not have, I will send a bulk SMS to everybody on my phone to remind them not to use your service. I will also post to my Facebook with almost 5000 friends every SMS you send me. I have grown to hate Gym Company and have not even set foot in your establishment yet. I got a flyer from one of your reps at a mall a while ago and wanted to check you out. Very glad I did not get round to doing it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Gym Company, that takes a lot of effort to get a potential client to hate you even before they sign up...</p>
