Gym company is the worse **** I ever came across

Gym company is the worse **** I ever came across. From employees all the way to the top and they cover up for each other. After canceling my membership at Winchester branch, ****** ****** they continued to debit my account. When I asked for my refund it was a mission impossible still today for 11 months of waiting, calling, emailing still nothing just empty promises. Raquel was the one who assisted with the canceling and after 3 months she claimed that I didn't fill in the right information. And again I was told to wait another 60 days as if it was my fault that she didn't do her job right. Guys if you decide to join that gym take a month to month contract cause they will still debit your account, and you won't get your money back. So I was ****** by Gym company 😎
