Gym Company is rude, unprofessional and *****ing my money

Pathetic service from gym company demanding people to come into the gym to sign forms. I tried following up on a gym cancellation that was meant to be concluded in November 2019 and I am still being debited. Spoke to Dimakhatso, Phillip and Nabiwa and had the phone put down in my ear when I demanded to speak to someone in charge since no-one follows up as they say they will.
