Gym Company is messing up my life for mothing

I received an SMS on day telling me I've been blacklisted by the Gym Company, I didn't't take it seriously because I know I know I never signed up for a gym. Up until I went looking for a job and when I got there they told me I couldn't't get a job because I am blacklisted. I then rep**** to the email then they told me to come in so they can talk to me. I went there and and I was told to rejoin the gym if I want my name to be removed from the blacklist. I just don't get why I need to rejoin the gym I didn't join from the start, Palesa (the lady I was talking to) just gave me that as a solution. I just need my name to be cleared, I don't want to join a gym, I've never needed one and I still don't. Now I have to suffer and I can't pay R8000 for something I don't know
