Gym Company is lying to people when joining the gy

I was approached by one on Gym company people in south gate on the 28/03/2015, and his name is Muzi Ngubani, and when he was explaining the gym info he **** to me only to find out as i want to cancel that I'm binded for 36 months and if i want to cancel i must pay an 10 % of the 36 months term. These consultants are lying and misleading people.... why should i pay for services i haven't used. this is wrong.
