Gym Company is just a bunch on ****s

Gym Company is the pits. I've been trying, for a whole year, to cancel my membership which expired last year. The emails have gone unanswered and their phone, ***, is forever busy. I managed to get through a few minutes ago and was hung up on. I'm beyond annoyed at this point.
