Gym Company is handing my name over ,now tell me if im really liable ?

I signed up with Gym Company in Braamfontein and they decided to move the gym to Bree without any notification. I tried raising my complaint to one of the staff workers and they kept saying that i should go to the branch in Bree . I then started reversing my debt order because I could not afford to pay for a service i was not using . I ended up calling asking them to terminate my contract ,but i was told that the condition of doing that would be that i first pay the outstanding balance then they would proceed with terminating the contract . I didnt have the funds they wanted so i left the whole case as it was . The reason Why i Joined their Gym was due to convenience , it was close to where i live .I come back from work late so going to bree around 6 would be nothing but a risk. I got a call from them again on Friday 29/11/2019 and they told me that they were going to hand my name over unless I pay . They told me that my outstanding balance is R2000 and they would only cancel the debt once i pay R 900...They just have bad customer service and I would never advice anyone to join their Gym.
