gym Company is *****

I just recieve some troubling news that I was blacklisted by gym company after paying consecutively to try close my account but they refused me and now I owe about R7000 from R200 monthly premium. I called and asked for a settlement fee and they told me about R3000 I feel that my rights as a customer have been violated now because I can not find employment... How many more indivuals have to go through this untill something is done about last I check the way gym company is conducting their business is totally against our laws.. Action must be taken. This is getting out of hand seriously
