GYM COMPANY IS *****

My name is Mziyanda Luphoni and I'm a member with Gym Company (ghandi). They continue debiting my account regardless of the lockdown and their gym being closed. I had sent them an email asking them to freeze my account for the lockdown duration however they say I need to pay March installment first. They also stated that there will be an administration fee of R40 rand every month, also stating that their policy only allow members to freeze their accounts for only one month. This is regardless of the lockdown being extended and their gym being closed.

I fail to understand why I even have to email them when its common knowledge that the country is under lockdown and their gym is closed. Are we now paying for services we cannot access.

Failure of this matter being resolved will lead to me including my lawyer and ombudsman
