Gym company is bad 👎

I canceled my gym membership with gym company about 3 months ago using their app and also spoke one of the managers in maponya mall branch telephoning after realizing that they are still deducting but they are still deducting.last night they debit order went through to them and I have to constantly phone my bank to reverse it with their charges.this is unacceptable.gym company please do better and cancel the contract and stop deducting from my account.
