Gym Company is a ****. My wife went to Gym Winchester Hills and the sales person Steve convinced her to sign for the expensive package. My wife later decided to go and downgrade to a cheap package as she was not happy with the benefits that comes with the expensive package. She went there end of february and the sales person told her she cannot cancel before the next debit run. She then went back after the debit run and she was told there is loadshedding we cant help you. I then called them today 6 March 2023 trying to effect the downgrading. the sales person told me i must pay downgrading fee. I told her why do you said we must let the debt run first, now i finished my payments for the month and you are telling me i must pay a downgrading fee upfront for the downgrade to happen. They told me i must come monthend, and i told them you will once again tell me wait for the debit to run. This is a ****, they will always made it difficult for you to downgrade or cancel . To cancel its three months notice. Now the sales manager hang up the phone because she cant justify their way of doing business. It is much better to buy your own gym equipment than to join this kind of *****.
