GYM COMPANY IS A ****

This company is ineffective in handling queries from its customers.

Myself, my wife and my brother were sold gym membership through misrepresentation. The gentleman who was representing Gym Company alluded to the gym opening a branch soon, nearer to our place of residence. Which was the selling point for us to sign on.

Through enquiries 2 months later from the company were we told that the company had no plans on opening at the specific location (mall) that the sales agent had promised.

We then sent membership cancellation/revocation to the company based on the misrepresentation from their agent, this was in November 2024.

To date, they have not resolved the issue, they keep sending us from one person to the next and no one really knows what to do and yet they keep debiting my account (I'm the responsible party for paying for my wife and brother) monthly.

I am literally livid typing this.
