Gym Company is a ****

I have an on going terrible experience with gym company with regards to them actually canceling my contract which was to mature from contract to month-to-month end of March. The cancelation form was filled in person/in the branch (as their website advises) on the 14th of March, though they never called me back to finalize my request as promised. Now, one their agents had guts to tell me that I have no proof of cancelation, it's only my word against theirs, so they'll continue to debit my account. REALLY NOW? How professional!

To the big bosses of gym company, is this your way of ****ming your 'clients'? Your online advise on how to cancel/discontinue the membership is that we should go to the branch, but you know very well that is just "a formality" and a waste of time for your client because your intentions are to forcefully "keep" them longer and continue to suck them dry of their hard earned money... Sorry, you are not gonna win with me and I hope no one after this falls for your trap.
