GYM COMPANY INCONVENIENCE!!!

I was informed that the gym company contract that I signed was for 12 months until I wanted to cancel it, I found out then that it was for 36months. When I was in the process of cancelling it, I was informed that I needed to pay R4500 which was the balance outstanding, and I was never informed of that either. I have never received any email notification to assist me with further enquiries and/or proof of my documents/contract that I had signed. I then later received a letter informing me that I'm blacklisted without ever having anyone from your company call and negotiate any form of payment.

I would like to say with the most respect for whoever is reading this that GYM COMPANY is a PIECE OF ****!!!

All your sales consultants want is a signature without having to elaborate clearly on what a client is getting themselves into!!! I can't apply for anything all because of false information that was provided to me by one of your employees!!!!!!!!
