Gym Company *********** STAFF captured the wrong

I joined the Gym Company at Flora Centre Roodepoort and the *********** staff captured the wrong banking details. I put the correct banking details on the forms. In turn debits weren't being paid and nobody contacted me regarding this. When I noticed it then I immediately went into the branch to try and rectify the problem. They then told me that they cant help me. I told the woman to cancel everything. That was over a year ago. I dont understand how a grown person cannot capture the correct details onto the system in the first place now they refuse to change it. I've tried to move house this week only to find out that the gym company has blacklisted me for a mistake that wasn't mine. A mistake that I tried to rectify. I went back to the branch and the manager there told me to pay R800 & my name will be removed from the bureau, or I can pay R1500 and it'll be removed immediately. THEY CALLED IT THEIR NEW PROMOTION. I've never heard of such a thing before. I am getting legal advice on the matter. I've had to stop gymming, I'm blacklisted and soon I'll be homeless all thanks to the GYM COMPANY
