Gym company I want my money back

About 4 months back I came across gym company consultants at the mall and the guy told me that they have a free one month trial and so I was interested and explained to him that I'm currently a student and can't afford a gym membership. I then signed up for the free trial but never got the chance to go to the gym. These people are now deducting money from my account and I've suffered a lot. Now I want my money back even if it won't be all of it.
