Gym company gives wack service

These people don’t do their work all they know is to debit money in people’s accounts. Someone registered using my id number with them only realized when I went to sign up . They said they’ll fix that issue till today 3 months later they haven’t but they debited money in my bank account what’s worse is they debited wrong amount. Now I don’t want their contract anymore I’m told I must pay a cancellation fee. For what because I don’t even have a membership with them ????
