Gym company *****

Hi i joined the gym company Maponya brach in 2014 on a three years contrct deal which expired in December 2016 Then i went to their branch in maponya mall to cancel it since i no longer wanted to be part of their gym And to my suprice they refused to cancel my membership sighting that i still owe them a lot of money I provide proof of derbit of the particular month they say i did pay But still they refused to cancel it and still continue derbiting money from my account even when my contact had expired I threatened to take legal action against their maponya brach and the company as a whole And the time i called in to enquire why they have not cancel my membership I was shocked to learn that i was no longer in maponya branch They told me i was shifted to a branch in Bara I went to bara again in an effort to cancel that membership And one of the lady told me to pay 100 cancellation fee And went to the Atm to withdraw that R100 But when i got back to the gym there was another lady at the same office And the while story had changed She told me i owe them a lot of money and couldn't cancel my membership And as we were arguing The lady who told me to pay R100 cancellation fee came back And she ran away immediately after seeing there arguing with her colleague and she never came back The gym company is ***** and ******* and they don't treat their members right And up to date they're still derbiting money from my account A year after my contract have expired
